very friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Can leave car on property while away from hotel. stayed at hotel before trip and upon returning, so two nights. win win situation.

Other than the 2 statements above, everything else with my stay was good! Location was convenient! Room was prepared well.

The bed was so comfortable and I like that there was a tub in the bathroom! The reception gal Andrea was amazing!

I read reviews about the shuttle being wonky on arrival and opted for a taxi, I’m not sure that was the best idea… it cost me $20 and the driver was rude and mad that I wasn’t going further, pretty sure he ripped me off! Check in was easy and the ladies were very friendly, the restaurant was nice and the bartender made good drinks. The room is a nice size as well as the bathroom. I am in absolute love with the pillows, I took a picture of the tag to get some at home. The bed was also very comfortable, not too soft/not too hard. The shuttle for the return to the airport was prompt and he was also incredibly friendly, and all in all it suited my needs perfectly for an overnight stay in Houston.
